- Extensive experience in a service desk or technical support role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team of technical support specialists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and vendors.
- Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks and a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
