Job Title: Safety Compliance Specialist

California Closets Corporate is seeking a highly skilled Safety Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company environmental, health, and safety policies, as well as OSHA and other local, state, and federal employment statutes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Conduct on-site training, inspections, and coaching on safety standards and procedures
  • Coach and partner with front-line team leaders to correct non-compliances and establish processes for future compliance
  • Conduct reviews of practices and records to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Assist with completion of key EH&S metrics and provide data analysis by location
  • Monitor driver safety and auto claims, and develop improvement plans as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on all EH&S regulations and standards set by local, state, and federal government agencies
