Job Overview:
The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the operation and transition of machinery to ensure the highest standards of quality are consistently met. This position requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and accuracy to enhance the overall performance of the facility in terms of Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR) as part of our Customer 1st strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of necessary personal protective equipment.
  2. Skillfully and safely operate and maintain the designated machinery and associated equipment to fulfill daily production targets.
  3. Conduct safety observations as assigned.
  4. Interpret and follow standard operating procedures for the assigned machinery.
  5. Comply with all established work processes.
  6. Confirm the correct components are present at the workstation prior to commencing tasks.
  7. Keep the work environment clean and organized.
  8. Demonstrate the ability to perform all essential functions of the role.
  9. Operate vertical bar machinery for the production of electrical connectors.
  10. Conduct quality inspections of components using precision tools such as gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
  11. Package completed products for distribution.
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in machine operation is essential.
  • Strong mathematical skills are required.
  • Familiarity with gauges, micrometers, and calipers is necessary.
  • Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours daily).
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
