Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Branding Iron. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production and facility equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain equipment and facility in working order
  • Perform preventative maintenance and lubrication schedules
  • Document work completion and parts ordering and/or usage accurately
  • Attend to emergency breakdowns and problems concerning safety

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment and facility
  • Above average aptitude in the use of tools and equipment of several trades or skills such as electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, machining, welding and hydraulics
  • Ability to work in a team-based, flexible and proactive maintenance program
  • Experience performing maintenance in a food manufacturing environment preferred but not necessary
  • Refrigeration experience is preferred but not required
