Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Real Estate Development Associate to join our Houston Properties Team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the real estate industry and have a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Real Estate Development Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the development of new business opportunities, identifying potential leads, and building relationships with clients. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and to contribute to the growth and success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • SOURCE AND DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: Utilize your expertise and network to identify potential leads and build relationships with clients.
  • SUPPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES: Assist in the planning and execution of business development activities, including events and marketing campaigns.
  • CONDUCT MARKET ANALYSIS: Stay up-to-date on market trends and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS: Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
