We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Support Specialist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service to our clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and emails in a timely manner, communicating with vendors and contractors, etc.
  • Filing and sorting.
  • Keeping track of office inventory.
  • Assisting all departments as needed with data entry, filing, etc.

We offer a competitive salary of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience, and a business casual dress code. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a minimum of two years of experience in an office environment handling front office duties is preferred.
