Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers promptly, process transactions accurately, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain Cash Handling Standards: Balance cash drawers within the required time frame, maintain proper security of cash and negotiable items, and adhere to Tel-4 limits and bank policies.
  • Offer Financial Services Education: Assist customers with product inquiries, provide education on banking services, and promote cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Satisfactory Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to develop rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
