Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.

    • Assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems, including walls, flooring, and roofing.
  • Safety and Compliance

    • Develop and implement safety protocols to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
  • Administrative Tasks

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Licenses and certifications as required by authority having jurisdiction.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb up to 30 ft ladders.
    • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to manipulate objects.
