Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Ohio Living Westminster-Thurber. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, providing supervision to charge nurses, STNAs, and resident assistants, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the nursing department, including charge nurses, STNAs, and resident assistants
  • Provide direct care when needed, administer medications and treatments, and oversee admissions
  • Coordinate transportation and serve as liaison with family members
  • Consult with physicians and provide leadership to the nursing team
Requirements
  • Nursing degree and current Ohio LPN license required
  • One year of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or healthcare facility required
  • One year of clinical experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related healthcare facility required
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
