The RN Nursing Supervisor Weekend position at Magnolia Manor Senior Living is responsible for directing and supervising resident care on weekends. This role ensures that quality care is maintained at all times, and that all nursing personnel assigned are providing care in accordance with standards of practice and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure a sufficient number of LPNs and CNAs are available to provide quality care.
* Make rounds to ensure nursing personnel are providing quality care.
* Handle complaints and report problems to the Director of Nursing.
* Complete nursing documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility policy.
* Notify physicians and families of resident changes and complete documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements:

* Current, unencumbered, active Georgia RN license.
* Experience as a supervisor in a healthcare facility.
