Job Summary

The Clinical Operations Manager will play a key role in our nursing staffing and supervision team. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the allocation of clinical staff, collaborating with leadership to address staffing concerns, and providing expert clinical support to our nursing teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the allocation of clinical staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address staffing concerns, develop strategies to improve resource allocation, and implement solutions to optimize clinical operations.
  • Provide expert clinical support to nursing teams, including guidance on hospital policies and procedures, and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, directors, and managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Identify and report safety concerns, occupational health risks, and other operational issues that may impact patient care or staff well-being.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
  • Two years of professional nursing experience in a tertiary care setting, with at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical operations, staffing management, and quality improvement.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
