Your Role: As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic direction, operations, and profitability of each dining concept. Your leadership will be essential in shaping our guests' experiences and ensuring that every visit is memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development: Collaborate with our talented chefs and creative team to refine and implement each concept's vision, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and guest expectations.
- Operational Excellence: Establish best practices in hospitality management, from procurement to service delivery, upholding high standards across all venues.
- Financial Oversight: Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost management, pricing strategies, and innovative revenue opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of culinary and service professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Guest Experience: Advocate for a guest-centric approach, continuously enhancing service levels and dining experiences to surpass expectations.
- Administrative Management: Collaborate with the marketing team on programming and branded materials. Assist the team with menu updates across all platforms. Proficiency in InDesign is preferred.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in a senior food and beverage management role within a high-volume, multi-concept environment.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards shared objectives.
- A passion for culinary innovation and a comprehensive understanding of current food trends and consumer preferences.
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
