Description:

We're seeking a skilled Manager, Tax Research and Planning to join our Finance & Accounting Partner Taxes organization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for updating and maintaining research-related resources and tools used by other departments within Firm Taxes. This includes developing excel-based models to project the tax impact of proposed or enacted tax law changes and collaborating with members of PTM/PTS to ensure tax positions are properly reflected in tax returns and compliance deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating and maintaining research-related resources and tools
  • Developing excel-based models to project tax impact
  • Collaborating with PTM/PTS members to ensure tax positions are properly reflected
  • Documenting and organizing tax research positions
  • Coordinating with Finance, Human Resources, and Global Location and Expansion Services to maintain compliance with tax credits and incentive programs

Requirements include:

  • Minimum four years of recent federal, or multi-state and local tax experience
  • Federal and state partnership experience preferred
  • High net worth individual tax experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
  • Masters degree in tax or accounting preferred
  • Enrolled Agent or CPA preferred
