Role Overview:

As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in financial management to generate comprehensive financial reports that reflect the organization’s financial health, including assets, liabilities, income, and tax obligations.

In this role, you will enjoy a collaborative environment where your insights and contributions are valued, allowing you to influence key business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cost accounting assessments of materials and finished products.
  • Support accurate inventory management and reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Prepare reconciliations for balance sheets, including bank accounts, inventories, and fixed assets.
  • Facilitate the audit process by providing necessary documentation to external auditors.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new processes and policies to enhance compliance and control measures.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of cycle counts and annual inventory assessments.
  • Analyze product margins and provide insightful reporting.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

Three to five years of relevant accounting experience within a manufacturing context is essential.


Skills Required:
  • In-depth knowledge of financial and cost accounting principles.
  • Proficient in adhering to generally accepted accounting standards.
  • Advanced skills in accounting software and financial systems.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
  • Familiarity with ERP financial systems is advantageous.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves extended periods of sitting and working on a computer.

Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally is required.


Work Conditions:

The role primarily involves office work with minimal exposure to physical hazards. Employees will engage in standard office tasks with occasional requirements for physical activity.
