Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the Preconstruction team through the full estimating process for new ground-up construction projects (Commercial/Industrial).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Project Management to ensure accurate project bids and successful project execution.
  • Client and Subcontractor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
  • Bid Management: Handle competitive bids and negotiated proposals for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and lead a team of three or more professionals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role within a General Contractor or Developer.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (Preferred).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
