Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MLS data coordinator to join our team at Perry Homes, LLC. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the MLS databases, ensuring accurate and timely property listings, while providing support to the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.

About the Role

  • Manage and maintain MLS databases with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor listings for compliance with MLS Rules and Regulations.
  • Audit listings regularly to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Conduct market research for listings.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to property listings, photos, and system usage.
  • Ensure all listings adhere to local, state, and MLS guidelines.
  • Generate and distribute various MLS-related reports.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in MLS listing management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
