Job Title: Watch Site Lead/Program Manager

SGI Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Watch Site Lead/Program Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security, The Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD) and Watch Operations.

Job Summary:

The Watch Site Lead/Program Manager will serve as the liaison between the contract and the government client, responsible for all work performed under this contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, sharing, and performing analysis on relevant operational information related to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, (CBRN) and medical events or incidents worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate in-processing of newly hired watch personnel and out-processing of watch personnel leaving the contract.
  • Establish and perform training of current and continued capability of newly hired personnel and ensure they are prepared for certification.
  • Manage shift schedules and provide them to the client.
  • Ensure all account applications and other paperwork (i.e. deliverables) are completed and submitted for approvals.
  • Review, develop, and train watch related SOPs, CWMD planning documents, and continuity of operations plans.
  • Be available to the client via telephone between the hours of 0900 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification.
  • Be available to perform shift work to relieve watch personnel due to scheduled and unscheduled absences, or sickness to ensure the CWMD Watch Desk is always covered.
  • Lead recruiting efforts to ensure the Watch Desk is fully staffed with qualified personnel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a supervisory position.
  • Ability to obtain DHS Suitability and possess a TS/SCI clearance.
