Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled CFO Accounting Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support for our Construction Company's CFO and partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Manage credit card statements for multiple entities, maintaining a high level of organizational skills.
  • Coordinate inter-company transactions, streamlining financial processes and improving overall performance.
  • Review job cost entries for multiple entities, guaranteeing precision and attention to detail.
  • Examine general ledger entries for multiple entities, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing financial management.
  • Calculate and enter journal entries for prepaid accounts, ensuring accurate accounting practices.
  • Reconcile fixed assets and accurately record depreciation entries, enhancing financial transparency and accountability.
  • Handle administrative needs of multiple companies, demonstrating exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Undertake other projects as assigned by senior management, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in construction company or property management settings, preferably with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent mathematical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, ensuring seamless financial management and reporting.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time position, requiring regular attendance on Monday to Friday at our Construction Company headquarters.
