  • Business Operations: Develop and execute retail operations plans to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
  • Team Leadership: Directly lead Assistant Store Manager(s), Production Team, and Donation Attendants, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers, maintaining a clean, well-kept store environment that reflects the Goodwill brand.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor product levels daily to achieve bottom-line sales budget against targets, ensuring accurate inventory control and donation processing.
  • Financial Management: Manage payroll costs and operating costs to budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Community Engagement: Partner with community businesses and organizations to promote Goodwill's mission and values.
  • Adaptability: Transfer to different stores at any given moment due to business needs, covering shifts at various locations as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably in the thrift industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, valid driver's license, and clean MVR record.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to speak and read English proficiently, pass a background check and drug screen (where applicable), and demonstrate Goodwill's Core Values: Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
