Resumen del Trabajo:
Como Asesores de Seguridad en Construcción en CMI, priorizamos la implementación de las mejores prácticas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad y cultivando una cultura de mejora de la seguridad en proyectos de construcción específicos.
Responsabilidades:
- Mentorar, educar y capacitar al personal sobre los protocolos de seguridad.
- Fomentar una cultura de seguridad positiva dentro del equipo.
- Asistir a reuniones de seguridad según sea necesario, con diferentes frecuencias.
- Realizar observaciones en el sitio y recomendar prácticas laborales seguras.
- Facilitar la planificación previa a la tarea, auditorías, análisis de seguridad laboral (JSA) y procesos de permisos.
- Realizar orientaciones específicas del sitio, clases de capacitación y charlas de herramientas.
- Generar informes según sea necesario para el sitio de trabajo.
Requisitos y Experiencia:
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia directa en supervisión de seguridad en construcción.
- Experiencia en Pharma / Ciencias de la Vida requerida.
- Comprensión integral de los Estándares de Seguridad en Construcción (1926).
- Experiencia en protección contra caídas / Reemplazo de techos requerida.
- Fuertes capacidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad comprobada para colaborar con equipos en todos los niveles organizacionales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Dominio del paquete de Microsoft Office o aplicaciones de software similares.
Educación y Credenciales:
- Certificación OSHA 30 en Construcción obtenida en los últimos 5 años.
- Certificación de Primeros Auxilios CPR AED requerida.
Requisitos Físicos:
- Períodos prolongados de estar de pie y caminar, a menudo en terrenos difíciles.
- Capacidad para escalar una escalera.
- Capacidad para agacharse, gatear y doblarse.
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 30 lbs.
Otros Requisitos:
- Se requiere verificación de antecedentes y posible prueba de drogas para el puesto.
- Puede ser necesario trabajar horas extras y tener horarios flexibles según las demandas del proyecto.
- Residencia dentro de una distancia razonable de conmutación.
