About the Role:

Roger Williams Academy LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our clinic team as we build out our innovative clinic model in preparation for the opening of our private Montessori school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the BCBA, Special Education Teacher/Clinical Operations Director, and other team members to deliver exceptional ABA services.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement behavior analytic interventions.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide training and supervision to RBTs and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
