About the Role:
KARE HERO Community is seeking experienced Physical Therapists to join our team. As a Senior Physical Therapist Associate, you will work closely with our network of senior living communities, providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in need. Our mission is to empower therapists like you to become KARE Heroes, transforming lives and making a difference in your community.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with diverse physical therapy needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
  • Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document treatment plans and progress, maintaining accurate records and adhering to community policies.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients, promoting independence and self-management.

Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration and be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in acute care, skilled nursing, or AL/MC settings.
  • Fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
