About the Role:

  • Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments on patients within the appropriate time frame
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and priorities
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient care delivery
  • Document patient information accurately and timely
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Tennessee RN license
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
