Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in the formulation of intricate execution strategies to ensure successful project completion. This position involves collaboration with various execution centers globally, as well as third-party engineering firms and specialized contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans.
  • Engage with Project Management, Construction Management, and Supply Chain Management teams to ensure seamless integration of project objectives with budget and timelines.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across diverse teams and cultures to achieve project milestones.
  • Oversee project performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to mitigate risks to scope, budget, or schedule.
  • Direct engineering and design execution strategies, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
  • Manage procurement and contracting processes, aligning them with project plans.
  • Monitor progress and performance of internal and external resources to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct risk management assessments and implement strategies to address potential challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience leading major projects, with at least one project exceeding $1 billion in total installed cost.
  • Strong background in managing engineering activities for large-scale process plants.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management principles, including cost and schedule control.

Additional Skills:
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to develop innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera.

Work Environment: The majority of the role will be office-based, with potential site visits as required. Candidates should be prepared to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
