  • Operations and Administration
    • Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
    • Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving
    • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience or one year of entry-level retail management experience required.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Basic math and reading skills.
    • Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions.

Working Conditions

The Assistant Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and other hazards. The ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
