Position Summary: The Building Operations Manager will guarantee the successful and timely execution of a high-value installation project. Key responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing quality assurance, and enforcing safety regulations. Ideal candidates will possess substantial experience in commercial construction and technical knowledge in installation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide projects to successful completion and act as the primary point of contact
  • Oversee project schedules, procurement processes, budget management, and team coordination
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-15 years of experience in construction management, technical project oversight, or general contracting
  • Technical proficiency in HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, air handling units, and building management systems
  • Experience in developing and managing project schedules
  • Strong dedication to workplace safety and comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing large-scale commercial construction initiatives
  • Background in Utilities, Energy Services, or trade contracting sectors
  • Experience in renewable energy, sustainability, or energy efficiency projects
