The Wright Touch, LLC is seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our clients. Your duties will include cleaning and supplying restrooms, gathering and emptying trash, and cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. You will also be responsible for following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Additionally, you will mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. You will also clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. You will notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. You will also requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months of experience as a commercial general cleaner. You must be able to read, write and comprehend common English vocabulary. You must also be able to walk, stoop, climb, push, pull, lift (less than or equal to 50 pounds), bend, and work in awkward positions handling equipment and materials. You must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment when conditions warrant. The work schedule is 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm Monday - Friday. Paid holidays and 2 weeks PTO are also offered.
