Construction Budget Analyst

MidAmerica Liner is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will play a critical role in preparing and estimating budget costs for construction projects. This is a full-time professional position, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Prepare detailed estimates of construction costs by analyzing plans and specifications.
- Evaluate offers to purchase based on site requirements, additions, and costing changes.
- Resolve cost differences by collecting actual cost information and developing standard costs for future projects.
- Develop and present project budgets, progress reports, and project requirements.
- Create bids for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. MidAmerica Liner offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, paid time off, eight paid holidays, and a company-matched 401(k) savings plan.
