About the Role
This position is responsible for performing complex financial analyses and providing recommendations to management on financial matters. You will be working closely with our finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- 5-7 years of general accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access)
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Business Central

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
