We are currently hiring a Sustainability Analyst to work within our Environmental Division's Phase I ESA Environmental Due Diligence Program in our Rochester, New York office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the completion of Property Condition Assessments, Plan and Cost Reviews, and Construction Draw Inspections.
  2. Report findings to due diligence team leaders and assist in the evaluation of environmental and construction-related risks.
  3. Independently manage due diligence assignments and meet project deliverable schedules.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
  • Good verbal, technical written, communication, and time management skills.

Compensation:

Salary range: $38,000 - $42,000 per year.
