Job Description

Qualis Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Systems Engineer to support operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of RF systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF systems with other operational systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and assessments of RF systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior engineers on RF systems principles and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or greater in an engineering, physics, mathematics, or technical STEM discipline.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in RF systems, with a strong understanding of operational procedures and RF system principles.
  • Strong knowledge of RF system design, development, and implementation, including experience with conformal antennas, RF transmissions, and telemetry systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in supervising energetic processing personnel and facilities.
  • Knowledge of directing and inspecting quality of workmanship for fabrication techniques used in printed circuits, repair and replacement of electronic assemblies, and custom fabrication of waveguide, harnesses, and cable sets.
  • Strong understanding of electronic engineering principles and their application in RF systems.
