Position Overview:
Qualis Corporation is in search of a Lead RF Systems Engineer to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of RF systems.
  • Oversee operational procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to technical personnel involved in RF systems.

Essential Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related technical STEM field is mandatory.

A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in operational procedures and a comprehensive understanding of radio frequency (RF) systems is required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the application of RF systems in aviation, including conformal antennas, RF transmission, and telemetry systems.

Experience in managing energetic processing teams and facilities.

Expertise in quality assurance for fabrication techniques, including printed circuits, electronic assembly repairs, and custom waveguide and cable set fabrication.
