Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Policy and Research Grants Lead to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our US operations, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including Congressional Committees and Members of Congress.

With offices in London, Bristol, and Washington, DC, we offer a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of quantum technology.

Key Responsibilities
* Work with senior management to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Congressional Committees and Members of Congress
* Develop and implement strategies to engage with government departments and funding agencies, such as DoE, DARPA, and NSF
* Identify and pursue funding opportunities aligned with Phasecraft's strategic research directions
* Collaborate with the research team to plan and prepare bids for research grants and contracts

Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in government relations, external affairs, or related roles
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Ability to quickly integrate and apply new knowledge

Benefits
* Estimated salary range: $160,000 - $240,000 depending on experience
