Breakfast Attendant

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include setting up, serving, and tearing down the daily breakfast offered to our guests. You will interact with guests, communicate special requests, and provide personalized service to all guests.

• Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate special requests made by guests and relay them to the kitchen
• Provide personalized service to all guests, including taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Listen and respond to guests' requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
• Order or purchase food supplies as needed
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers
• Set up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups, and other paper products
• Set out/arrange cold food, such as pastries, cereals, etc.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated
• Prepare and set up hot food items
• Follow menu requirements as provided by the Executive Chef
• Wipe up spills and maintain a clean and safe environment
• Restock items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and for the next day
• Wash serving equipment and return it to storage
• Return reusable food supplies to storage
• Keep the breakfast area clean, including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets, and floors
