Breakfast Attendant

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include setting, serving, and tearing down daily breakfast offerings. You will interact with guests, communicate special requests, and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.

• Interact with guests and provide exceptional service
• Communicate special requests and needs to the kitchen
• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar according to brand standards
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
• Order or purchase food supplies as needed
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, including fresh fruit, coffee, and juices
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers
• Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups, and other paper products
• Clear and clean tables as guests vacate
• Prepare and set up hot food items
• Follow menu requirements as provided by the Executive Chef
• Wipe up spills and maintain a clean environment
• Restock items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and for the next day
• Wash serving equipment and return to storage
• Return reusable food supplies to storage
