The Role

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team at our Pleasant Valley location. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Transporting students safely and efficiently to and from school, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bus, ensuring a comfortable and healthy environment for students.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and school administrators, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as safety procedures, emergency response, and customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff.
  • A commitment to safety and a willingness to adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
