Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Property Condition Assessor/Facilities Condition Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing and finalizing specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget. Your primary focus will be on conducting Property Condition Assessments as assigned by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct project research, including historical and regulatory research
  • Communicate effectively with clients and subject site representatives
  • Conduct site reconnaissance and data compilation
  • Author technical reports and prepare quality supporting documents
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project progress and timelines are met
  • Identify and resolve project issues
  • Deliver progress reports and recommendations to the Project Manager and clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a physical science or engineering discipline
  • Relevant experience in environmental or engineering consulting
  • Ability to work on projects concurrently and deliver high-quality results on time
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Corel, and Excel
  • Familiarity with building component life cycles, system condition evaluation, and replacement costs

  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $110,000
