Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Lake Saint Louis, MO. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or other back-of-house (BOH) roles. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to menu recipes and special dietary or nutritional restrictions
- Determine food and supplies needed to keep the kitchen running and stocked during service
- Maintain proper health procedures and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards are met
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or other BOH roles
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
