Overview:
Oversees and mentors all housing personnel while ensuring exceptional service to associates residing in accommodations. Manages resident check-ins and check-outs based on their scheduled move dates. Accountable for upholding and enforcing all housing regulations and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Expected to operate company vehicles to transport residents from designated pick-up points.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Supervises and trains front desk personnel in housing and provides guidance as necessary.
Maintains a tidy and organized desk area, ensuring it is free of clutter, while also keeping track of housing-issued items such as keys, linens, and cleaning supplies.
Ensures residents adhere to the Housing Employees Safety Guidelines and possesses a thorough understanding of the dormitory's Emergency Action Plan.
Implements housing regulations and protocols, including but not limited to: Alcohol and Drug Policy, Care of communal areas like kitchens and restrooms; Smoking Policy, Quiet hours, and Visitation Policy.
Collects and distributes employee mail and packages.
Facilitates resident check-ins and check-outs while gathering necessary information for housing records.
Delivers guest service in accordance with Cedar Fair standards when interacting with guests or collaborating with team members, including initiating guest interactions, addressing inquiries, and providing directions.
Ensures cleanliness and safety in the assigned work area, performing all tasks in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and reporting any unsafe or unusual conditions to management.
Adheres to Cedar Fair's attendance standards as outlined in the company's attendance policies.
Complies with Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct, including specific grooming and costuming standards as detailed in Employee Guidelines and other park/division-specific policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a mandatory (or random) drug screening, in accordance with Company policy, unless restricted by state or provincial law.
Must be able to pass a background investigation, if 18 years of age or older, which may encompass, but is not limited to, credit, criminal history, DMV records, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless restricted by federal, state, or provincial law.
