Job Summary

FCA Management, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the property's financial and operational performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement budget plans to achieve financial goals and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the lease enforcement process, including approving prospective resident applications, conducting periodic apartment inspections, and enforcing lease terms.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the property, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Supervise and train property staff, including maintenance specialists and customer service representatives.
  • Assist in managing the client/owner relationship, including providing updates and information about the property's performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, with a focus on financial and operational management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software, including Yardi and/or One Site.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and clients.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Working Conditions

The Property Manager will work in an office environment, with frequent exposure to outside elements. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time, as well as the ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
