Product Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our product team at Avlino. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap based on market insights, customer feedback, and business needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) to deliver high-quality software products that exceed customer expectations.
- Prioritization and Delivery: Prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
- Market Research and Analysis: Use competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze product performance, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance product outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision and progress effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management within a software product company, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Proven experience managing and delivering successful software products, from ideation to market launch. Strong understanding of real-time solutions delivery is highly desirable.
