Key Responsibilities

  • Map and fulfill the customer's needs in the short and long-term, for both existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop account plans outlining the strategic and tactical approach to capture and address opportunities for customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular visits to prospective customers to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work within the framework of department plans, sales targets, and working procedures and guidelines of Liberty Latin America Communications, Inc.
  • Make independent decisions regarding budget allocation, tender content, and sales and service contracts.
  • Provide input to the Management Team for strategic decisions related to the top business market, acting in the spirit of the company's strategy.
  • Report to the B2B Sales Manager on the achievement of sales targets and concluded contracts with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and analyze opportunities for commercialization and initiation of new business opportunities.
  • Identify short and long-term opportunities for clients and prospects and develop ideas to approach them.
  • Establish telecommunications plans based on customer needs and discuss technical feasibility with the operations team.
  • Create strategic account/prospect plans and arrange customer visits.
  • Reach agreement on planning within the Account teams and control the realization of the planning.
  • Deploy a consultative selling approach to identify and develop customer needs.
  • Build and maintain contacts with decision-makers and influencers of prospects in the Eastern Caribbean market area.
  • Provide presentations about business solutions to customers, incorporating C&W products and services.
  • Gain insight into the customer's business processes to provide appropriate advice that meets their needs.
  • Manage the client's and company expectations.
  • Stay in active contact with relevant stakeholders about developments and possibilities of telecommunications facilities.
  • Be the contact point for the customer and manage the overall relationship.
