What You'll Do:

As a Design Engineer at Bohler, you will collaborate with team members to work on challenging land development projects in a fun, fast-paced environment. You will enhance your technical site design knowledge with more advanced design concepts, design site plans for recognizable brand name clients across various industries, and partner with your manager to tailor your career path towards your vision.

What You'll Need:
You will need to have the ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic. A passion for design and creative problem-solving is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience in site civil design and practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD Civil 3D) are also required. Why Bohler?
