Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Endoscopy Technician/Medical Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and assisting healthcare professionals in various procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Greets and rooms patients, ensuring efficient patient flow
- Updates patient medical charts with accurate and timely documentation
- Manages phone triage and takes appropriate action under provider direction
- Assists in administering treatments and procedures as directed by physicians
- Provides patient education and personal care to ensure comfort and well-being
- Processes prescription refills according to clinic protocol
