Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Delivery Specialist to join our team at Lincare Holdings. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering medical equipment and supplies to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver medical equipment and supplies to customers within assigned routes and time schedules
- Instruct patients on the safe and proper use of medical equipment
- Conduct daily deliveries and follow patient orientation checklists during delivery and training of new patients
- Maintain a safe driving record and adhere to all transportation laws
- Establish and maintain outstanding relations with customers and internal team members
- Work on-call during evening and weekend hours to address any patient medical emergencies
To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid driver's license for the appropriate class of vehicle driven while employed and be 18-21 years of age or older (in most states). Additionally, you must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 120 pounds.
