Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab in Sinking Spring, PA. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
