We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab in Sinking Spring, PA.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse - RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop effective plans of care. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff.
Responsibilities- Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
