Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac imaging procedures to diagnose and monitor heart conditions
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including ultrasound machines and other diagnostic tools
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education, ensuring patients understand their conditions and treatment options
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and system efficiency
Requirements
  • One year of experience in cardiac sonography or a related field
  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program
  • ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) RCS Credential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make critical decisions with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
