Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac sonography, with experience in imaging congenital heart defects and surgical repairs. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac ultrasound procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart conditions
  • Image congenital heart defects and surgical repairs
  • Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our diagnostic imaging services
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • One year of experience in imaging congenital heart defects and surgical repairs at an accredited ICAEL institution
  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program
  • ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) RCS Credential within six months of hire
  • Reliable transportation for roles supporting Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital
