Job Summary:We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging to join our team at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. The successful candidate will be part of our Diagnostic Imaging Services, working closely with our faculty and staff to provide exceptional patient care and education to our students.
Responsibilities:- Provide clinical imaging services to small and large animals, including radiography, ultrasound, and computed tomography
- Teach and mentor students in the College of Veterinary Medicine, including didactic and clinical training
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and curricula in veterinary diagnostic imaging
- Participate in research and scholarly activities, including publication of clinical or educational research studies
- Collaborate with other faculty and staff to provide exceptional patient care and service to our clients
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Board certification in veterinary radiology or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to teaching and mentoring students
